8. Consumer Guarantees under Australian Law
Our services are covered by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to:
A refund, repair, or replacement if a service is not provided with due care and skill
A refund if the service is unfit for its intended purpose
A refund or partial refund if the service is significantly different from what was advertised
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, except as required by law.
9. Service Cancellations and Refunds
9.1 One-on-One Services (Finance & Home Admin Support)
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before a scheduled session: Eligible for a full refund or reschedule.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before: No refund unless due to exceptional circumstances.
9.2 Workshops & Group Coaching
Cancellations 7+ days before the event: Full refund.
Cancellations 3-6 days before the event: 50% refund or full credit for a future session.
Cancellations less than 48 hours before: No refund, unless we cancel or reschedule.
10. Refund Processing
If eligible for a refund, it will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
